Hello
The best option for me is using Latshaw software I purchased this software and most of his other products and they are great, It reads the Mp3 files names OR Tags and creates song books from EVERY karaoke file you have on your hard drives, it can also hide duplicates etc, very feature Rich, and layout PDFs and the most beautiful Karaoke song books, have a look I think you can download a trial to...
Hope this help, Kind Regards

Song List Generator simply reads the music files right from your hard drive and creates a printable book of songs, sliced and diced any way you want (by Artist, Title, DiscID, multi-column, various font sizes, custom messages, custom paper and margin sizes). Latshaw software also does the most fantastic kayaoke file managment software, that allows you to title and rename and tag all your karaoke files, and when you have 1000s & 1000s to do, with out this software its a real nightmare
Have a look, its very good, and I think you can download a free trial to,
If all you files are titled correctly, when you print your booklets, they will be perfect
