Try to optimize the access to your data. I mean your hard disk need to be divided into different parts and all have to be clean (do a defragmentation).

Do you have an antivirus in function?
Since the last versions, my conclusions about all the cases about skeeping in all language is not virtualdj (except if it was a cracked version) but your computer or the way to use it or to build it.
You have to search on blogs or forum all the way to optimize your computer or to find maybe something which finally doesn't work so as well as you thought: maybe a bad hard disk or defectuous memory or warmness,....
