Topic: Hercules RMX with VDJ Issue

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I just purchased a Hercules RMX and while it works for most of the settings, the volume controls and the crossfader arent being recognized. I see the knob move on the screen but nothing changes in the sound. How can I fix this?

Problem solved, I didn't know I had to turn the knob from cue to monitor to hear changes through the headphones :P
