Topic: VirtualDJ Crossfader Reversed

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

It seems since I upgraded VirtualDJ from 6.05 to 6.07 that my crossfader slider (software) is reversed. This happens whether I'm using the stock skin or some other skin.

This only affects audio, the video sliders work fine in skins that have separate video sliders.

My sound setup is set to no input, single output, primary sound card. No mixers or external devices connected. What can cause this?

the only thing I can think of is the mapper function
"crossfader_hamster : invert the crossfader."
somehow got engaged?

maybe try mapping it to a key and see if it fixes the problem.
 
Brilliant! That was it, apparently got mistakenly engaged when the CUE RMX skin was engaged via a button on the crossfader that isn't visible with other skins!
