Video looks fine when i play them on my Divx Player and also Media player but gets real Choppy on Virtual DJ. It gets REALLY bad when another video is loading. Any Ideas? This is my Home PC and Im gonna build another Box for the club but I dont want to have these issues with that box. I shouldnt be having them with this one.

Alright ... Here is my score:

your video card is bringing your score down DriverVersion: 6.14.10.6693 is fairly old try upgrading to the newest forceware drivers from nvidia and report back. The team is working on it I promise you. For now you can try to use mpeg-1 videos.

Remember aquamark is only checking the graphic and cpu under heavy graphic loads. Part of the problem is the fx5500's really weren't that great of a card to begin with. So don't feel too bad. The team is working on a new lower cpu/graphic usuage version of the video player. Just wait it out bro. I was pretty close to that when i had my fx5200 I upgraded to an athlon 64 and 6600 GT and I was getting 52,000 stock and about 68,000 extreme overclocks which I would never gig with, but still fun none the less. Agp should be 4x I belive with that card, but check the manual.

Cool ... Thanks for the info. I just picked up the card the other yesterday bacause i was tired of running my stock Onboard Video on my Intel Board and My 19" Sony LCD has a DVI input which i wanted to run. I figured Id try the new VDJ Video feature with it just to get a feel for it. I wont use a 5500 at the club. Which one should I buy for the Club when were ready to start running Video? Obviously one of the 6000 series but which one will be the best one?

Thanks Again,
Matt

I've had good luck with the gigabyte ones I have 2 now. The best is the 6800 ultra but its very salty in price. Course you could use two 6600's in sli as well.

Paul,

you won't be disapointed good things always happen with this development team. 3d perforamce is really hammered with the visual plug ins don't forget. A good 3dcard will be needed for some new tricks vdj has up its sleeve.
