Topic: windows 7 - controller not detected

Hi, problem over here. I've downloaded the latest software, i'm running windows 7. Formerly on Vista, everything went smooth. Now when I want to start VDJ, there's a popup saying 'we will check the net for updates', followed by a popup 'The controller could not be detected, please plug your controller and start VDJ again', which I have done like 120x, but no results.
Who can help me plz?

Call Hercules tech support. Ask for Adrian. There is a fix and it takes about an hour. Windows sucks!
