If you have purchased the software you need to write a ticket out at support/help, they are the only people that can help with that problem.

If you have purchased VirtualDJ you will have recieved a license key that you used to install the software. Enter this in your profile and you will instantly have access.
If you can't find your serial, please contact support and they will assist you if possible.
