Hi,
wie kann ich in VirtualDJ mein Mikrofon muten,
so dass ich in anderen Programmen drotzdem weiterreden kann?

Gar nicht. Wenn Du den Micro Eingang Deines Rechners abschaltest ist das für alle Windows Anwendungen abgeschaltet.
