hello everybody, one month ago the input channels on my hercules rmx they were working very nice but now when i erased all the programs( restart) my laptop the inputs are not working and i have the latest updates for the virtual(5.2 dj console) and the hercules somebody has a anwser for this? please help me

Could you be a little more explicit about what exactly is not working and what steps are your following to try and make it work ?
As for the installation, you have version 5.2.2 for Virtual DJ and 4.HDJS.2009 for the Rmx driver, correct ?
When you says you erased all your programs, you mean your reinstalled Windows ? Did you do all the necessary updates there as well ?
