Sie findet bestimmt die Taste Prt Sc nicht.
Gibt es bei mir nämlich auch nicht, hier heißt sie "Druck S-Abf" :-D

Und man muss nicht SHIFT, sondern "Alt Gr" + DRUCK / PRT SC drücken,
um das aktuell geöffnete Fenster zu "Fotografieren".

Zumindestens bei Windows 7 so.
