Just bought this for my son for Christmas. Tried loading the software today. Was asked for product setrial code (as one would expect) so loaded the number on the disc envelope and pressed enter - number rejected. Tried again (ever so carefully) and same problem. After several more attempts now locked out with a protection message to contact ION. Anyone else have this problem? Any solutions?

Since you have registered your product ... please Uninstall the version that you installed from the CD and download and run the install from your Download Center - http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
