Topic: vinly distortion issues IMMEDIATE HELP NEEDED

Hi everyone, I have a gig coming up very soon and i recently switched to vinyl. Before that I had cd players hooked up to virtual dj working great. Now I have numark tt200 turntables with serato timecodes and a maya 44 soundcard. Every thing is working great except for the fact that there is huge distortion and the sound sounds terrible. If any one has any idea of what could be wrong let me know.
