I had a crash using VST plugins.
Description:

Only one deck playing (no track in deck) and it was the first track I played.
I tried 6 VST plugins one after all and in this way:
1°) Classic phaser 2°) Dominion v1.2 3°) Karlette 4°) NorthPole 5°) Strech & Squash.
I did in the the slot 1 and 2.
I tried to change some options in these plugins and sometimes I clicked in the wave display to change my position in the track and try in some differents parts of my track. I also tried these plugins with a right-click many times.
Then I try to load Supaphaser into the 2nd slot while Strech & Squash was already in and his popup (config) window opened.
=> Recover window appear. I clicked on it and VDJ closed then opened again.

I loaded Supaphaser once again after this crash without any problem.
