Whats up VDJ Fam? I was wondering if anyone on the forum could possibly make couple of drops for me. I signed up for radio daddy, but I have yet to recieve a response. I would really appreciate any help with this.
The drops could go something like this: "Your are now rockin with the sounds of DJ-A1", "A1 Entertainment is in the building", "You are in the mix with DJ-A1, A1 Entertainment". I spin a lot of house, club, old school hip hop and whatever is current, and I would like to somehow personalize my mixes.
Thanking you in advance for any help on this project,
Alex, DJ-A1

If worse comes to worse you could always occassionally pick up a microphone, turn it on, slide up the fader and speak into it "DJ A-1 is in the house". That always worked in the old days, and today's mics even sound so much better......

Seriously try a local recording studio or if you are a TM Jones member they offer this service. I can't imagine this taking them more than a 1 hour session.

I highly recommend hiring Wigman.

Thanks Fellas, much appreciated, I also would like drops for when I record my mixes. Whenever I try to use the mic when recording the microphone part doesn't get recorded. I know this probably basic stuff, but I used another program, and it was the same thing. any way around this?

If you are using an external mixer most of them have 2 or more outputs (sometimes called "record", "hosuse", "zone" or "Aux" out) and your main that includes the mic. Some record outs will not include the mic and most "booth or monitor" out will not include the mic but all the others should. You need to check your manual for the mixer you are using. If there is only one record out and it doesn't do the mic then you will need to split your main out with y cables back into your recorder.
