Has anyone been able to get these two to work. I brought a new controller the American audio dp2 and I seethe virtual dj dosnt support it yet any help please

* American Audio DP2 definition.xml -> My Documents\VirtualDJ\Devices
* American Audio DP2 mapping.xml -> My Documents\VirtualDJ\Mappers

Still working on a more official definition and mapper ... will have something out this week hopefully ... :)

cstoll thank you so much, i did a window 7 upgrade today to our laptop and i did the upgrade to 6.003 on vj all is workig well cant wait for teh mapper thank you once again this controller is awesome of what it can do

Is the mixer section of DP2 midi, like a controller, does it move the VDJ crossfader? or is it just an audio mixer?

djdadd that is a good question i think it is midi. but i haven't been able to get it to work with vj.. i did install pcdj dex that it came with and it work there but i really don't want ti use dex and the version it came with was a lite version doesn't do much

hi i just got a DP2 and it all works great with VDJ6.05 once you install the drivers but can anyone tell me how to get the Q start working

Q start is A Audios definition of fader start for those who don't know. (Q) start only works with a A Audio compatible mixer. If you have the aforementioned mixer, connect the mono cables from the DP2 to the mixer, engage & you now have Q start. Practice & Enjoy..
