Hello VDJ forum users!
I have the Hercules RMX and I've been fully satisfied with it. Until today.
Earlier I tried to plug the controller to my computer and with the result of a crazy blinking midi-controller. It's not the usual continuously blinking like it needs to be firmware updated. It begins after 2 or 3 minutes after I plug it in. I tried downloading "Midi Monitor" to check if the RMX was broke - it doesn't work in VDJ - and it works well in Midi Monitor for about 2 or 3 minutes, but then it starts blinking random and like a maniac on speed.
- I have tried to update the firmware a million times (31).
- I have the latest version of the Hercules drivers.
- I have the latest version of VirtualDJ
What can I do? plz help!!
Sincerly

Disable general powersaving in the windows control center.
Do you have disabled 'powersaving' on every root hub ???
Change the USB cable to a 'better' one.
Hope this will help,
Heiko

Thanks very much for the reply.
But it still doesn't work :(.
Tried to what you said, but it still fucks me up. Do you think it is broken?

How about the USB port of the console? Does it seems to be loose in someway, which could indicate that the inside soldering could be broken, which could induce a short, making the console behave that way.
Also, do you remember or noticed if the console might have been shocked (static) ? If you shake it, do you hear anything moving inside ?
