Topic: Ground Input

I recently bought my Hercules rmx, and ive been having trouble using the ground input. Nothing is comping through the speakers that I plug to 1-2 input and 3-4 input.. Can anyone help me on this please?

Why would you believe this problem is related to the ground? If this item is recently purchased it may be defective. I would return it if that is the case.
 
sounds like your not selecting the source button correctly, if you are, probably terry is correct or dodgy leads.
