Topic: Need Advice on new laptop

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I played at a gig for almost 12hrs yesterday and my dell 1505 crashed on me just once which is not that bad.
I am wanting to buy another laptop for using only for my gigs what is the best laptop to get if anyone could help me?
I am leaning more to a mac book because I hear good things but I am more common with a P.C.
Whatever advice would very helpful please give me specs if you could so I know what to look for thanks....
