I normally use one cue but did multiple cues but for some reason i cannot remove them, surely there is a way?
Any pointers?I did a search and nadda.

My guess is that you're trying to delete from the wrong window/area. You have rt.click -> delete from within the tine-weeny-intsy-bitsy waveform window (small one that show the entire track, in each player), not the larger, more intuitive Rhythm window (Top Center). See tech manual page 23 for close-up. (though it doesn't show any que points) When you hover over a cue point, indicated by a small white line, it will turn green. When green, right click, select delete. If you have many cue points close to each other, good luck selecting the right one.

You can also map keyboard shortcuts or buttons on MIDI controllers to delete cue points, e.g:
delete_cue 1
(Deletes cue point #1 when pressed.)
delete_cue 1
(Deletes cue point #1 when pressed.)
