Topic: Change CBG increments?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

How do I change the CBG to move in smaller incremets? The smaller movement does not allow me to get the box right on the beat.

Depends on which skin you're using. I don't think every skin offers you the opportunity (out-of-the-box) to change this, but for example, the V6 Pro skin does.

If you look at the right-hand side of the waveform window you'll see little boxes numbered 1, 2 & 3. This will let you change the granularity/scale of the waveform of the playing track. On the left-hand side of the waveform window, you've got a sliding bar that you can use to change the scale also (beyond the predefined settings of the 1,2,3 buttons).

Hope this helps.

Thanks, but that is not what I need changed. I have a skin that has Arrows at the top where you can change the position of the boxes under the graph. This way I can line up the boxes on the beat itf it is off. I need the smaller arrows to move the boxes in small steps to get the boxes preciesely on the beat. This is important if I am using a sample that follows the beat.

It changed in 6.0. It works fine in 5.2.

adjusting bpm

No i think he means when he is setting the CBG boxes, he would like them not move as much with each adjustment.

If you using a button on a skin then the skin itself would have to be edited, but if your using keys then a shortcut can fix that for you.

Yes on the skin itself. It works fine on the 5.2 version but moves in big steps on 6.0. This is not the BPM.
I keep trying to make 6.0 work but I can't get things the same. Looks like I am going back to 5.2.
Too many problems with 6.0.

Gotcha...sorry, misunderstood your question.
