I got the Hercules RMX over the past weekend. When I put in my serial ##, to upgrade to pro, it does not allow me to. I contacted someone at Virtual DJ on Monday morning and spoke to them. I did not write there name down, oops!
they told me I should be able to put the ## in and pay the upgrade price , so I can get the full version to use with the RMX
when I put the ## in, it says, upgrade not available anymore. The guy said he would talk to his co workers and call me back Tuesday morning, but I did not get any call back
can someone help me or guide me, on what to do and who to speak to? I am excited to use the RMX, but want to upgrade to the full software first
