Topic: Behringer U-Control UCA222 work with virtual

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

anyone use this and does it work well? I am putting together a second system and don't feel like spending $100 - 150 on another Gigaport AG. The Behringer U-Control UCA222 is only about $35.00 and that seems about what these things should cost. I was considering the HC4500 because the sound card is built in, but at $ 429.00 it's still a bit more than I want to spend for a back-up system. I'm trying to find another PCDJ dac-2 as that is what I use in my main rig and it works fine other than the loss of the outer jog wheel after the upgrade to 6.02. Should be able to find one cheap for around $100.00.

Thats going to depend on several things? if your just using it as a pass through then as long as it supports ASIO then your good? I never used one but I had herd one before and the sound was ok for the price? If you plan on using any type of time code your better off getting the maya 44 has 4in and 4 out which you will need if you plan on using a external mixer. Not pricey does a decent job and works with VDJ..
