I want to mirror my main to my back up unit.
Is there a way to import the internal database to my back up and have all the cues, and bpms etc be right?

Of course yes.
Just copy the "VirtualDJ Database.xml" file.
Don't forget also the "shortcuts.xml" files if you have modified it.
