hey man, i have this problem too. So glad i found someone else.

I use bootcamp (macpro), it has something to do with djio and windows/vdj, as on mac i have no problems with sound on the djio (reason i am using bootcamp is because vdj for mac sucks and am i am extremely fed up with it, soon as i find a decent mac alternative i like im gone)

I to tried all djio drivers, and also setting on vdj and the numark control panel, still randomly happens and is extremely embarrassing.

Thing to do im afraid and i know its not a fix but its quick with only a slight stop in sound, when it starts to happen, go straight into the settings and reset the sound card - i.e. on the new vdj version click Apply.

I have my first major club gig next week and as soon as i get the cash my djio goes out the window.......maybe along with vdj if they dont hurry and make the mac version doable, lost all faith. lol brought the recommend hardware as vdj states, Hercules steel and they cant even map the dam Right stop button to work (mac side only, windows is fine) lol unbelievable, been over week since i told them and still no fix????? its all laughable now.

anyways dude i hope you find a permeant fix soon.

Hi mate. Thanks for the support. Ive ditched my DJ I/O now and boughtb the new NI Audio 2 DJ, thought things would be fine, but now I dont get any distortion, but Cue stops playing randomly for a second! Really starting to piss me off. Im thinking I may have to get a new laptop as have tried everything now. Good luck on the Mac updates!

Hi Freaky,

What version of Virtual DJ do you use, noise can be the result of using a older demo.

I have this problem as well, any more advice?

I had similar problem whit my deejay trim. I found out that the USB cable was to close to some power and signal cables. I moved the cable away from the other cables and the problem was gone.
