What OS are you using? I have seen this on my friends setup he is using VISTA 64 bit OS I can't put my finger on it? It pisses me off also when I mix with him!!! The only thing you can do that I think of is tweek the pitch seneitivity and lead time...thats in the TC config under the debug tab.....

im using windows 7

every since i moved to 6.0.1 i have had this prob .
even on vista 64 bit

i have one vdj record i tryed that still does the same thing

my pc spec's or 3.6 core 2 due
950 mhz 8 gb kit
1 ocz 30 gb Vertex ssd
2 Western Digital VelociRaptor 150gb .
1 rme rpm

i feel like vdj was alil better before even tho when the time code does work it feel like the scratching is better in 6.0.1. i hope they fix this .

for now my mixvibes has no bugs so i will have to stick with that .

i love both sofeware's and would love using both at the same time
