hi does anyone have a link to where i can download the updated v1.02 firmware for this please, other than numarks website?
for some reason the firmware has wiped off my NTC again, i managed to find a link last time but have since upgraded from xp to vista so have lost the link, cant seem to find it this time round.

Hi,
Its not possible for the firmware to be erased unless a user chooses to do so.
Please give the Numark UK team a call they will be glad to help out.

hi skyfxl, thanks for your reply and the link.
definitely didnt choose to do so, the reason i was looking for firmware is the right jogwheel has suddenly stopped working and i thought the firmware might be at fault?
all ive done is held down the left play/right cue buttons and both the led's lit up next to the mid range controls. doesnt this mean theres no firmware?

Hi, you erased the firmware by pressing those controls.
Please contact support it will be much easier to help you over the phone.
