Does vdj 6 support Core 2 quad, will use all 4 cores

VirtualDJ is a multi-threaded application so it will take advantage of multiple processor cores.
 
We are currently using VDJ with Intel Q9950 & Q6600 Processors and they work perfectly.
 
Which one is better for VDJ?
2.0 Ghz Quad Core laptop or 2.8 Ghz Dual core laptop?
 
my opinion, go with the fastest dual core you can afford.
 
I have VDJ on my quad core 2.83 in my studio to just play back music here and there. I have nothing but trouble. It shuts down for no reason ect, not 1 problem on my dual core 2.2 laptop.
