Topic: Problem uprading to V 6.0 online

Hi. I want to upgrade VDJ to the new 6.0 version, taking advantage of the online rebate. But the system wont process my order. I follow all step, order goes through, but I never get the Email confiramtion. I have tried several credit cards, nothing works. Any Idea someone??? TXS

I've been seeing a few of these lately. Have you tried contacting tech support? (323) 446-2295
 

Thanks for quick answer, I emailed the Merchant on the confirmation screen, but never heard back. I just placed the order VIA phone call. Its through a VOicemail system. Lets see if that works.
 

Problem solved.

I reentered order via phone call and was processed. Regards
