Im trying to reach customer service I bought Time code and the site says no shipping address was provided. Anyone know who i can contact ?

Did you try e-service? http://www.virtualdj.com/support/e-service/
If so, give them sometime to respond. It took about 4hrs to get a response the last time I had to send them a message.
