I would love to see a way to fix a players waveform at a certain position, so the waveforms aren't switching place (in a dual display) if the active player changes.
Having the possibility to display a stereo spectrum (up and down amplitudes) would be cool, too.
If i might add another wish, a way to display the level of the song at a certain position (in the seek bar) with a vertical amplitude instead of a color might be an nice addition, too.

I agree with your 1st and 3rd wish, and I like the idea about vertical amplitued but I doubt usefulness of the second. It would give you a view on stereo amplitudes, but since only the frequencies below 5 khz are shown (which are in mono in most cases), stereo image wouldn't be much different from mirrored mono :) So, it would only take up space.
