Topic: Older Versions of VDJ

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I just recently purchased VDJ 6.01. It's crashed on me 2 out of 3 gigs so far. Is there a way for me to get an older version on VDJ that doesn't have so many issues?

Well first off we could maybe work out the issues you are having with 6.01

But if you insist of course we can give you an older version. Simply call the tech support phone tomorrow between 9 and 5 or write a ticket. We will be happy to assist you ;)

you must be a very trusting person .........

personally , i wouldn't go running off to a gig with a new ANYTHING until i had used it at home and found and eliminated the problems

but you had problems at a gig , didn't resolve them and went to another gig ??

you're not a victim , but you are unprepared
 
I actually did about 8 hours of testing before the 1st gig with no issues. Did 4 hours of testing before the 2nd gig which went fine. Did another 5-6 hours before gig number 3, again with no issues during testing. Lucky for me, I was prepared for a crash the 2nd and 3rd gig and was able to continue my set without issue.

I obviously won't take VDJ to another gig until I know what the issue is and how to resolve it. This is why I put off switching to computer DJ for so long!
