Anybody heard about some kind of interactive thing called "talking head", or something to that effect? Get back at me with info, if you know what I'm talking about.

I think what you are talking about is "Boogie Heads".
There is a system out there with a green screen and a digital video camera setup where you can get people to stand in front of the green screen and the camera turns them into the "cartoon like bobble head" characters that one of the internet or cable tv networks does with celebrities and politicians and they sing parody songs or karaoke with the "bobble heads" dancing on the cartoon bodies.
