Hi guy's!!!
long time pc user thinking of getting a mini mac and crossing over to the dark side :)
is the mini mac powerfull enough?

For audio if you max out the ram its great I use one my self.

For video its not suitable due to the single output for that you would want a new silver macbook or macbook pro.

Thats not entirely true the new mini support dual video outs.

Nice find, do you know if they can be used at the same time.

It might be one or the other.

They have bumped up the graphics card in the new mac minis, id say they would run videos quite well.

Although if it were me I would be looking at the new 13inch Mac Book Pro

I have a new mac mini (6 days old) I upgraded the HD to 500GB, and the Ram to 4 gb. it's got a 128 mb video card, but it ups it to 256 when you fill the second memory slot.. It runs video just fine!

and yes you can use both video outs... I use 1 DVI and 1 VGA and I can run full 1400x900 res on both screens..

Careful on the new minis they ship with 10.5.7 which will render your denon controller useless.
