Tear Em 'Up
To my fellow Americans, this is my annual gift to all of you. Today we celebrate this bold experiment in a "We The People..." form of government. Remember where we came from, and honor our founding fathers. Enjoy, and for God's sake be careful today.....
After a very hot and sweaty day at the First Continental Congress a woman on the street asked Ben Franklin "Tell me, Mr. Franklin what type of government did you give us? A democracy, or a monarchy?" Franklin answered "A republic madame, if you can keep it."
