Topic: Rolling back to v5

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

After having too many problems with 6.01 i'm going to roll back to v5. Problem is, I don't have the install anymore and in my download centre it shows only the install for 5.2.1 mac and 6.01 windows.

Is there a way I can get v5.2 again?

yes must contact them and request it just do it in support and ask the question
 
go to your download centre and you will see it at the bottom of the stack...

From what I can tell, only users that registered a console version have that.
 
i have saved the install files for 5.2 but after i install them and try to open it, it crashes on me. . .
I've left tickets - should it be this difficult to go back to a previous version - I should have tested on my non-gig lappy first i guess - lesson learnt
