this forum is not as great as it once was...people used to respond and be really helpful...i asked one question 2 weeks ago no reply...
but if i were to start a flame here,,,all you "mods" and "vip" would chime in with corny jokes and or lock threads redirects...
i love the software and i support it because it supports me...but im not asking any more questions here...
i'll do as ive been doing...figure the shit out myself...
i will continue to read the forum...because like the serato forum this shit is funny...just not helpful...
and no i dont post there...cuz some of them are bigger lemon heads than the people here

I don't think it's that way for the most part. I have seen some posts go unanswered though. The person who posted it has spoke up and said "hello, anyone?". Either the person started the thread with the wrong heading and it didn't get anyones attention or there just was no one who knew the answer.
What I have noticed is that a good portion of people here either don't check their "Home Page" or they don't want to add friends or they just don't want to add me. lol. Today I had a little time to do some "house" cleaning on my "Home Page" and realized that I had more "pending" friends than actual friends, so I cleared the "greyed out" friends except a couple that I recently requested friendships with. I'm only giving a week for new requests now if I even bother adding anyone anymore. I will always accept if they're requesting mine, but that's me. See? I'm not so RuDe.
I'm sure for the most part there is nothing personal. I know if I saw one of your unaswered posts and I had an answer, I can assure you I would've posted a response.
Also there does seem to be "cliques" but that is a sociological ubiquity.

I had a quick look and couldn't see an unanswered question from you in that timeframe? I'm guessing if you did make it, the search isn't picking it up for some reason.
There's usually a reason why a post doesn't get answered and I don't think it's ever going to be because of the poster - it's usually the ones that don't are usually as has already been said those that have a meaningless subject or when a question is easily answerable by reading the manual or searching the forum. It's also been very busy on here with the release of v6 and posts may well get lost in the mass if they don't stand out.

and to be honest with you matey, it's the best way to learn. That's what I do.
I did make a comment then edited it realising that I agree with you. Support has lapsed. Although I appreciate CStolls input.
Questions on the forum I have raised still have not been answered so still reluctant to upgrade to 6.0.1.
Having said that. I don't expect the team to be around 24/7. They need a break
