Topic: Search Menu on beta version using macbook Pro

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I'm trying out the beta version of the software. I'm using an external hard Drive, when i type a song or an artist that I know is on my hard drive in the search box, alot of times it doesn't come up? What am I doing wrong?
