Topic: Lowering mouse speed for slower scratches, how?

I'm doing some scratches with the mouse and i would like to decrease the speed of the scratch, because any small mouse movement gives me a really fast scratch which i don't want.

Can i change it in the software itself?

I had to lower the mouse speed at windows control panel to the minimum for that, works good for the software but makes the use in windows terrible.
