This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Hey everyone. I am working on a 80's mix for the VDJ Radio and I am stumped with a song that I heard long ago. It was used alot for breakdancing and is a Electonic Techno type of song that used a robotic voice that said "it's time" and "just feel it". Can you help me out?

Don't you have any extract ?
I really like 80's tracks but I can't see what you're talking about.

I'm not certain if this the song with "it's time" but it's definitely the genre and might be...Electric Boogie was the name of the song. I believe it opened with the robot voice you're talking about. The artist escapes me (one hit wonder like so many)...the chorus goes...Breakdance, Electric boogie, breakdance....I believe it's the one you're looking for. Herbie Hancock, Rockin it, you probably already have that in your set.....Ain't no stoppin us by Rufus (not mcfadden and whitehead) is another crowd pleaser.

@ DJEJ
Thanks for your help but that's not it. They use the robotic voice "it's time" and "just feel it" alot in DJ sample tracks. I just don't remember the song title. I know exactly how the song goes but that doesn't help through words.
