Topic: Best/Good solution for external control of VDJ

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Howdy folks,

I have been using VDJ for a while, on my laptop with a basic sound card, with no PFL :(
I've put together a few mixes - mainly by setting cue points on the tracks to ensure I mix in/out at the correct time.

However, I would really like to get a decent usb sound card and/or usb mixer to allow me to split channels and control VDJ externally via the mixer.
All of my music is digital, so all I need to do is pre fade listen with the headphones and control EQ's, fades etc with an external mixer.

Does anyone have any ideas or possible solutions?

I have produced some reasonable mixes, but need more kit to take it to the next level....

Check out the progress so far:

Sounds like a simple solution! either RMX or VCI300
