I mysteriously lost 8 or so folders of music off my desktop. Managed to recover most of it using recovery software. (What a pain that is btw.)
I messaged Kevin at ZipDJ on Easter Sunday about the lost files and they reset the downloads so I can get them all back. He got back to me that night. Top notch & kudo's to fantastic customer service.
Would have been nice if this happened in the dead of winter though as now I am staring at the sun redoing files. :-(

Kevin @ ZipDJ is great! I truly miss the service. I want to go back but can't justify the cost at the moment. They put out some awesome stuff through that pool...probably one of the most useful, outside of Dixie Dance Kings, that I've been in. I just joined Starfleet so I have not yet seen what all they will be offering.
There are advantages of being a Billboard Club Chart reporter...everybody dumping music on you because they want you to play it in the clubs and chart it.
