Probably just a glitch, nothing to be done for it. To avoid that, just to play it safe, I keep an extra driver loaded on a thumb drive, and keep that in my laptop bag.

What I did was this, download the latest drivers to my desktop. Insert the Thumb drive, right mouse button click on the driver file and select "Send To" Then select the drive letter that the thumb drive was assigned, in my case "E". Then run the safely remove hard ware from the tool bar, stop the "E" drive and remove the thumb drive.

Yes, something like this small, affordable, and very portable.

Excellent advice to keep the drivers with you, just in case.

The only time I've "lost" my Hercules drivers is when I connected my RMX or MK2 to a different USB port than the one I used previously. Did the issue you had happen on the same port?

Go 1 step further and also put your VDJ file on there as well as your "Backed up databases" and stuff.
