i would like to know if its possible to have a browser (all screen when is selected) as a pannel in a skin

yes it is ;)
 
You can put the Browser in a pannel, but you will have some refresh problems and you will need to click in the pannel or click twice on the pannel button to show the Browser.
 
That's also true...
I hope that will be fixed... so I can implement some new features in Multi Functions...
