Topic: Error In Sound Driver Of Direct X

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Well, i had Virtual Dj PRO for a while now, but outta the blue it guves me an error. The error said: "Error In Sound Driver Of Direct X".

So the first thing i could think of was to update direct X. I did that, now i have direct x 10, but it still doesn't work.

Does anyone know why this keeps happening? Or how to fix it?

All help is greatfully appreciated! Thank you!

All that all means is that VirtualDJ has detected something wrong with your sound setup settings.

What are your setting, and what I you using, just VirtualDJ, VirtaulDJ/Controller, VirtualDJ/Timecodes.
 
Anytime that error pops up for me, all i do is unplug the plug from the back of my Hercules MK2, close out of VDJ, then plug it back in, then restart VDJ. And error fixed.
