Hi Cris
Unfortunately I can't recommend Citronic to anyone now. Once a high quality British brand known for its solid build. The quality of Citronic products took a nose dive when they were bought out by Skytronic a year or so ago and can now be placed firmly in the cheap tat bin allong with the "Disco Box Skytec" speakers they sell.
The Behringer is a cheepn'cheerfull unit that is flexible and a good starting point. If you can scrape up a bit more cash check out the
DBX 223 or the ART 311.
good luck

Hey there;
I've been using the Rane MX 22 2-Way X-Over for the last 10 years with outstanding performance.
It was supposed to be an entry level X-Over because of its TOTAL simplicity. Its so simple you basically can't set this baby wrong.
I believe it is now discontinued, but if you can find one off e-bay it would be worth it (in my opinion).
Here is the PDF Manual:
http://www.rane.com/pdf/old/mx22man.pdf
PS: Tried 3-way X-over set-up for about a year and found it to NOT be worth it (at least for mobile gigs).

Take a good look at amps themselves.
Lots of amplifier companies are building them with crossovers already built in. If you are only playing music (dj"ing) then you would not even need a crossover as the amp can be placed in BI-AMP mode with the flick of a switch on the back of the amp.
