Topic: Skin Resizer Tool

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

Does anyone know if I can take a skin from my Mac and put it on my PC and use the skin resizer tool to resize the skin to the appropriate size and then put it back on my Mac? I want the original skin in 1440x900 for my Macbook Pro and there aren't really any options for that except a few but they don't work well for me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is it easy to do once I download the skin resizer tool or is it difficult? Will it look good and work well once I do it? Thanks.

The tool itself works well and is easy to use - however not all skins are resizable - best off trying it and seeing what happens.
