Does anybody know if it is possible in VDJ to enable a setting so that the EQ in the headphone channel will always be flat, despite what the EQ levels on the mixer are set to?

If you need to keep the equalization flat in your headphone, you need to download djcel tool:
http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/2170/Registry_Tool.html

and untick the field "EqInHeadphone"
