Topic: How to use DJC with an external mixer?

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I'm going to buy a mixer (probably a Gemini PS-626i), but i don't know exactly how to connect it with my DJC; in particular have I to change settings in VDJ? Help!

You have to select the 4.1 soundcard with mixer picture in the soundcard setup
the use phono cables to connect ouputs 1 + 2 into channel 1 on the mixer and outputs 3 + 4 to channel 2 on the mixer

Thanks, for me the 2nd channel works on DJC outputs 5-6 (my RCA outputs 3-4 are mute, I don't know why).
It's all working like a charm, thank you!

Does this work on version 1.09 the console version?
