Hi guys

I am using Herculess DJC MK2 many years. But now the console is not working anymore. When I plug it in the buttons are shining but neither the PC recognises a new device nor the dj softweare recognizes it.

Got the same porblen on my Apple Power Book longer time ago.

I do not now waht is wrong? Perhaps there was an error during firmware Update.

Thank you very much

PC:
OS: Win XP XP2
Athlon XP 2100+8 (1.7 GB)
512 MB DDR Ram

Can you define the problem a little bit?

Did you just buy the console or was it installed on this computer previously?

If it was previously working, what happened between the moment it was and now ?

If this is your first installation, did you noticed any error messages during the installation process?

Did you try the latest driver (4.HDJS.2009)?

Hi Phatso, im guessing ive got the same problem as roop, a long time ago i disconnected my mk2 from a firmware upgrade, since then the console is not being recognized, in any way, by windows even tho the lights turn on (and stay on), I even tried in different computers and the manual firmware upgrade unsuccessfully since the device is simply not recognized by the system.

Any ideas?

DV

Hello cipo86,

Are you sure you have kept pushing down the talk-over button while connecting the USB plug?
