Topic: slight crackle on crossfader and bass,mid,treble adjusters

hi all,

Just wondering if anyone might know what the problem is?

Now on my 3rd laptop having brought a better spec and back to windows XP.

I have the RMX console with the 5.2 vitual dj upgrade but I noticed a very slight crackle noise on the crossfader, I thought it was dirt so blew it out but noticed it would make the noise even when moving the crossfader with the mouse,this also happens with the other sliders/knobs.

Any suggestions gladly received.

thanks for the suggestion,

Just solved the problem 4.00am but just glad to get it working.
I applied :

eq to the outputs which got rid of the crackle then I got major stuttering , then I remembered a thread on here about turning of the LAN Wifi which then got rid of the stutter. Have been on it for 2 hours without a glitch so I am well happy.

I now like computers. lol
 
The above settings or set-up cannot be accessed by a LE version...just for additional info.
